Return & Refund Policy – Live Breaks

Effective Date: April, 14th 2026

All Sales Are Final – Live Break Products

Due to the nature of live stream box and pack breaks, all sales are final.

By purchasing a live break spot, pack, or box on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All trading card packs and boxes are opened live on stream on your behalf.
  • Once opened, the product is considered used/consumed and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • You are purchasing the contents revealed during the live break, not a sealed product.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened packs or boxes
  • Live break spots (team-based, random, or pick-your-team formats)
  • Any cards pulled during a live stream

Exceptions (Damaged or Missing Items)

We will only offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Your shipment arrives damaged in transit
  • Items are missing from your order

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photo/video evidence of the issue
  • Include your order number

If approved, we will:

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

Shipping Liability

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the live break has begun.
  • If a break has not yet started, cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion.

Live Break Participation Disclaimer

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You have watched or understand how live breaks work
  • All pulls are random and based on manufacturer odds
  • No guarantees are made on specific cards, players, or value
