Order Processing

All orders are processed after the live break has been completed.

  • Cards are sorted, packaged, and prepared within [1–2 business days] after the break
  • Orders may be held and combined with future breaks unless otherwise requested

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping services:

1. HITS ONLY ($4.95)

  • Foils/Holos, Rares etc (No Commons / Uncommons)
  • Budget-friendly shipping option
  • Delivery times vary depending on location
  • Limited or no insurance included
  • No guarantee against loss, theft, or carrier delays

2. HITS + BULK ($8.95)

  • Get Everything Opened!
  • Budget-friendly shipping option
  • Delivery times vary depending on location
  • Limited or no insurance included
  • No guarantee against loss, theft, or carrier delays

Combined Shipping

We may automatically combine multiple orders into a single shipment to reduce costs.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Additional fees may apply for reshipment

Risk of Loss

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Lost packages
    • Stolen deliveries
    • Carrier delays

For added protection, we strongly recommend selecting Premium Shipping.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photo/video evidence
  • Include your order number

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.
