Order Processing
All orders are processed after the live break has been completed.
- Cards are sorted, packaged, and prepared within [1–2 business days] after the break
- Orders may be held and combined with future breaks unless otherwise requested
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping services:
1. HITS ONLY ($4.95)
- Foils/Holos, Rares etc (No Commons / Uncommons)
- Budget-friendly shipping option
- Delivery times vary depending on location
- Limited or no insurance included
- No guarantee against loss, theft, or carrier delays
2. HITS + BULK ($8.95)
- Get Everything Opened!
- Budget-friendly shipping option
- Delivery times vary depending on location
- Limited or no insurance included
- No guarantee against loss, theft, or carrier delays
Combined Shipping
We may automatically combine multiple orders into a single shipment to reduce costs.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Additional fees may apply for reshipment
Risk of Loss
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier:
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer
- We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen deliveries
- Carrier delays
For added protection, we strongly recommend selecting Premium Shipping.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photo/video evidence
- Include your order number
We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.
