Terms of Service – Live Breaks

1. Overview
This website is operated by Collector Store LLC. By accessing our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and participants in live stream breaks.
2. Nature of Live Break Products
By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a spot, position, or entry into a live stream break, not a sealed product.
- All packs and boxes are opened live on stream on your behalf.
- The contents of packs are random and determined by the manufacturer.
- We do not guarantee any specific cards, players, teams, or value.
3. All Sales Are Final
All live break purchases are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Break spots (random team, pick-your-team, divisions, etc.)
- Individual packs or boxes opened live
Once a product is opened on stream, it is considered consumed and not eligible for return or refund.
4. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You understand how live breaks work
- You accept the risks associated with randomized card distribution
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- You are providing accurate billing and shipping information
5. Break Format & Randomization
For breaks involving randomization:
- All randomizations are conducted live using a randomizing system (e.g., random.org or equivalent)
- Results shown during the stream are final and binding
- No redraws or changes will be made once results are determined
6. Streaming & Technical Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Internet disruptions or platform outages (e.g., streaming interruptions)
- Missed live streams (replays may be provided when available)
If a stream is interrupted, we reserve the right to:
- Resume the break when possible, or
- Complete the break offline and upload results
7. Shipping Policy
- All cards pulled during breaks will be shipped to the address provided at checkout
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier
Optional insurance or upgraded shipping may be offered at checkout.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photo/video evidence
We reserve the right to determine appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund.
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once the break has started
- Cancellation requests before a break begins are at our discretion
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from our site, you agree:
- Not to initiate chargebacks for outcomes related to the randomness of breaks
- That all sales are final once the break occurs
We reserve the right to:
- Ban customers who file fraudulent disputes
- Provide evidence (including video recordings) to payment processors
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
12. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Abuse, harass, or threaten staff or other participants
- Attempt to manipulate break outcomes
- Use fraudulent payment methods
Violations may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
